At Twigg Musique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials to ensure it arrives in brand-new condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked carrier of your choice to our main distribution center in Montreal.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
